2017 Update

Not totally forgotten, I fixed some internal links on asghorizon.org and I'm looking at the possibility of making the logboards fully functional again. Email was broken when I tried to recover my own password, so I think that's fixed now too.

I gave the logboards a full update/conversion into the most current version of phpBB, so we'll see how that goes.
